(1) Establish a joint training mechanism for undergraduates and postgraduates

Absorb high-quality overseas educational resources and build an international learning platform. Strengthen the cultivation of international talents in the fields of water conservancy and environment, and establish joint training projects with "2+2", "3+1", and "3+1+1" models with well-known foreign universities.

(2) "3+1+1" joint training mode

Establish a joint training model with UCLA, and select outstanding third-year undergraduates from our school to go to UCLA for a two-year study. Complete the undergraduate program in the first year and the postgraduate program in the second year. Those who meet the requirements can be awarded the Hohai University undergraduate diploma, bachelor's degree certificate, and UCLA master's degree certificate.
